Advertising Terms and Conditions website and Stay UK app

  1. These conditions apply to all entries submitted by a Business to Hudson’s Media for publication on the website and Stay UK App.
  2. Full payment is due with order unless prior written agreement has been obtained from Hudson’s Media for other payment terms.
  3. Hudson’s Media reserves the right to make any alterations considered necessary or desirable to an entry to ensure that it meets approval.
  4. In the event of error or omission attributable to Hudson’s Media the maximum liability shall be limited to the return of the entry fee and no other liability of any kind whatsoever shall be attributable to Hudson’s Media.
  5. The Business placing an entry warrants:
    1. Hudson’s Media publication of the entry as originally submitted or, as amended in Clause 3, will not breach any contract or infringe or violate any copyright, trademark or any other personal or proprietary right of any person or render Hudson’s Media liable to any proceedings whatsoever.
    2. The entry is accurate, complete, legal, decent, honest and truthful.
    3. If the Entry contains the name or pictorial representation (photographic or otherwise) of any living person and/or any copy by which any living person is or can be identified, that the consent of such living person has been obtained to make use of such name, representation or copy.
  6. The Business shall indemnify Hudson’s Media in respect of costs, damages or other charges suffered or incurred as a result of Legal action (whether actual or threatened) arising from publication of the entry in accordance with the Busines’s instructions.
  7. All entries are accepted on the condition that the Business warrants that the content complies with all relevant legislation, the rules and codes of regulatory authorities and the law of the European Union currently applicable in the United Kingdom.
  8. If, for any reason, an order is cancelled after 14 days of receipt, a cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the cost of the entry will be retained by Hudson’s Media to cover administrative costs. No refunds for cancelled entries will be given for the Website and App if the entry is live. Accommodation that lapses from a National Tourist Board scheme will be removed from the Website and App and is not eligible for a refund.
  9. You must contact Hudson’s Media, if you are awarded a new quality rating so that it can be reflected on the Website and App.
  10. Entries can be updated for the websites and App through the Guestlink system.
